Keep in mind it is way easier to gain weight than lose weight!  Don't gain it and you won't have to lose it!

Hi. I am very excited about starting the Staying Sharp fitness challenge. I tried to sync my tracker (Amazfit) but it wasn't an option. It would really be helpful to expand the options available for those of us that have different trackers so we can see our progress. Thank you!
