I totally agree! The vitamin industry in a billion dollar entity. Our bodies expel most of these unneeded vitamins. Your doctor can evaluate your needs through your blood tests and medical history. Most people do benefit by Vitamin D3. There is no scientific evidence that many of these vitamins do any good. Don't fall into the so called "Wellness Trap'!
