I'm having trouble succeeding in House Flip. What can I do?

If you’re not making the right renovations in House Flip, it’s very hard to keep purchasing bigger and better houses. There’s one thing to keep in mind if you’re having trouble: the “Open House” button.

You can click that button at any time and click “Refuse Offers” at any time without penalty. If you do, you’ll go right back to the house you’re renovating. The trick is that all potential buyers have a list of items they want in their perfect house. If you’ve completed one of the things they’re looking for, it will turn green.

Choose a buyer you like and make the specific renovations they want. You don’t even need to make additional renovations, unless you want to. Go to your “Open House” again, and you’ll see that they’re offering more to buy the house than you’ve spent on it.
