Online cardio class

I just finished up a 5:30am cardio class online with cardio and strength work.  I really thought I'd be a miserable failure, and hate the idea of more online time in front of a screen.  But it wasn't half bad.  I could modify the exercise to meet my fitness level (and save my knees).   But it still pushed me.

 

I was getting increasingly concerned about fitness as the weather gets colder and the days get shorter.   So this is a good solution for me.   Just putting it out there if anyone else was like me and reluctant to try something like this.
