Help! I've been told by my urologist, the #1 thing I can do to prevent kidney stones, is drink one gallon of water a day. Yes, 128 oz every day. Looking for creative ways to make the process more enjoyable. Going to make lemon and lime juice a regular thing. Citric acid good for my condition.
Do you have things you add to water to make it less monotonous?
I like adding cucumber and mint @Rhymesometimes. I'm also a big coconut water fan 🌊
@AARPRachelA Thank you so much. That sounds really refreshing! I've got a peppermint essential oil that is food grade, so I will add that with cucumbers.
