Helpful book

I am part of a Bookclub for Mortals and our latest read was It's OK that You're Not OK. Helpful.

Especially for anyone going through grief or anyone supporting someone going through grief.

Hi, thank you, my Grievance Counselor from the Hospice just recommended that book to me as well.  Her comments were interesting in that in her view, we as a culture don't seem to understand grief and expect to have a magic pill that will make it go away in time.  What I'm getting out of this is that grief and loss of our loved ones will be with us.  The point being that the grieving process is about us, the survivors, and how we move forward even though the loss will always be felt.
