not getting points

I often don't get points because I have taken the quiz or viewed the video before when in fact I haven't.  What's up withe that?

Hi @BrianB333993, please refresh your browser and look at the "Most Recent Activity" on the Rewards' dashboard at the top of the page or go to your "Transaction History" to view the points you have earned. This is also happening to me.   Plus constant signing in.   I will do an activity, get points, and then do a video or quiz and not get the points.   Requires me to sign in and then no points.  A couple of times the mini crossword was a problem.   I did the puzzle, didn't get the points, logged in, no points.  BUT when I go to the game, it shows the score I got and points available.  I do it again and still don't get the points.
