Login and telephone numbers

We do not wish to use a phone number to log in. Do not force us to use a phone number to log in or we will search for a way to replace AARP and cancel the membership.

Also, stop preventing us from logging in with a password and stop requiring a login link.

Finally, what happened to using email for a contact means?

We do not use social media for correspondence.

You leave no choice it seems but to use the forums for getting help and for submitting a complaint.

You do not allow the public community name for a profile to be changed or updated it seems. We changed ours, but you STILL populate what YOU chose for us!
