January Members Only Problem

The upcoming turn of the calendar will yield new prize options including point only choices.  ut here comes the but...

 

Some of the prizes are based on qualifying by completing quizzes, which are currently working. But some are based on completing videos.  Videos haven't worked since 12/23.  So now we're within a semi business day (New Years Eve) of this being resolved to allow for a smooth start to the new month/year.  You gotta be soooo optimistic to think the videos are working by the start of the new month.  How much attention this issue has gotten in the 10 day or so period would say a lot.
