website doesn't work with chrome.

I was not able to see my account info page so I could update my credit card info. I was using Chrome Version 145.0.7632.160. This is a brand new computer with Windows 11

Had to download Firefox and use it.

I I have the same problem. I can't get to "My Account" info on Chrome (yes, I've got the latest). My first impression of the website since I've been a member (3 months) is that it sucks. Lots of broken things. I've tried using the AARP Now app instead (I'm trying to check that I have auto-renewal set up), and that's been another dismal experience. Because I've logged in passwordless once, it FORCES me to log in passwordless again. But it asks me to enter my mobile phone number, and gives me this message: Confirm Your Number — Enter your phone number to verify your account.
• Phone number has already been used to verify an account. Please enter a different phone number, or call us for assistance at 1-866-839-0463 between the hours of 8:00 AM-8:00 PM (ET) Monday-Friday.

Oh, and this message entry form also sucks.

If this was for the $26K sweepstake, this is an issue going back 2-3 years for the "annual" sweeps; they (AARP) have been advised but never address.

So Firefox once a year for the sweeps entry; the rest of the time, chrome should work...

Newest version of Chrome for Windows 11 is Version: 146.0.7680.75 which came out March 10.  Although your version was the one before it, it should not have made any difference.  Not sure why you had a problem.

Try updating Chrome, but that small a time in release should not have made any difference.

I know sometimes security software gets persnickety, possibly it blacklisted a pop-up for AARP, or pop-up was blocked in Chrome setting, maybe?

Odd.

Chrome is now latest version and Adblocker is turned off. Still can't access the membership pages (where I change my credit card info). Definitely a problem between Chrome and the AARP website

I don’t know, worth a shot to try.  I’m assuming you rebooted after doing all of that and still experiencing it.  Annoying.
