AARP Hearing Center
Just received a portable phone charger that doesn't work. It was supposed to be a "gift" for signing up for auto renewal. I couldn't even get the charger to charge as instructed, so not even able to determine if it would charge the phone or not. It's use is not that important to me, but would like to say to AARP, I would rather not be offered a free "gift" then receive one that is defective. I get that it was obviously used just as incentive to get members to sign on/up for services, not an actual reward..
