Which airlines are best for handicap assistance

 I just left my United flight from Lisbon, Portugal to Newark, Nj.I was upgraded to Business class with use of points. The service and food was great, except for the handicap assistance. Having just spent a month in Europe which I had to use 4 flights- there is a distinct difference at the handicap service of the stewards and stewardesses. Extremely disappointed in United!! It is the attitude. 
Southwest is extremely friendly and helpful. This is every time I used them. As I board United to Houston Texas , I hear the steward say we are here to help😱. First time ever heard that in 20!yesrs.
