Removing avatars or photos

How do I remove previously approved avatars or photos that I have used in my profile?

Hi @Intuition25, to manage your photos and avatars directly on your profile:

 

  1. Log in to your AARP online account.
  2. Select the Account Details tab. 
  3. Under "Community USername" click "Community Profile" 
  4. Go to "My Settings" located in the right-hand side
  5. Look for "Avatars" and click "From my Albums".

THIS DOES NOT RESOLVE MY ISSUE OF DELETING THE PHOTO THAT WAS UPLOADED FROM MY DEVICE.

I'm sorry you're having trouble deleting a photo from your profile, @Intuition25. I'm happy to help you with deleting photos from your album. To delete a photo go to your "Account Details" page and click "Community Profile". From your community profile page click "Upload image" under "My Photos" which will take you to your photo album. Click the photo you want to delete then hover your mouse over the image and click the "X" on the top right of the image. You'll receive a pop-up to confirm your want to delete the image from your album. I hope those steps help!
