FAILURE TO LOAD

Tried the "cold/flue/covid" quiz. Quiz did not load--just got a screen shot of a narrow page with some nonsense on it. Could not find any link on that screen. So I clicked on the "Spanish" option: quiz loaded in Spanish. I completed the quiz with all answers correct. Results did not load to my account. I'm supposed to get 450 points for this, so what now?

Only got ONE of supposedly SIX "superfoods" for arthritis. Screenshot page, not a real interactive message. Who is in charge of this alleged software?
