[2/11/25] @dlona58 , like other organizations including banks - AARP has folks living in OTHER COUNTRIES answering their phones. I don't know which is "worst" - that or the software/bots on THIS SITE. Yes, giving random people ACCESS to "sensitive" information = increases fraud. 👵
