Email!

for Pete's sake why do you NOT have an email address we can send to?  We are seniors for cripes sake!  We don't text and go to stupid faceboook or whatever else is out there.  I've just spent more than 45 minutes trying to find a way to send a screen shot showing my issue, which is not easy to describe in a text.

I'm trying to report that I can't see my score on my Cognitive assessment tests, because the graph doesn't show the numerical score.  It looks like its out of range or something.

I understand you're unable to see your cognitive assessment scores, that's frustrating. You can contact us through the chat option on the website, and we can cobrowse with you to see the issue. You may try opening an incognito/private window through your internet browser settings and check the scores through that window to see if they show properly.
