AARP Hearing Center
I am trying to set up and account and password for "Senior Planet". However, I get stuck in a loop. I have already set up an account. When I enter my user name and password, I receive a message saying that I need to reset my password. When I click on the link and enter my e-mail to receive instructions and a link to create a new password, my account is not recognized. I sent an e-mail in November asking for my account to be deleted so that I could start fresh. No help was forthcoming.

It does require a separate account, email and password. ( Even though they are affiliated. ) If you were trying to use your AARP account info, then that might be the problem. You need to sign up by their method.
