AARP membership card to Apple Wallet

  I am unable to add my AARP membership card to my Apple Wallet. The Add to Apple Wallet button does not work in any search engine (Safari, FireFox, Chrome), nor does it work in AARPNow App. 
I know I can access my digital card in AARPNow, but I prefer to use my Apple Wallet. 
Any suggestions?

[5/20/26] @lk80016578 , have you tried calling the AARP Customer Service? I avoid the Chat & Text options as they are AI. They are open weekdays 8am to 8pm ET.

I did Chat, and my first contact was AI, but I was soon connected with a person, who told me they are aware of the problem and are working on it. This same response can be found in online AARP forums, dating to 2023. 
I will try the 800 number. Thank you.
