[9/7/25] Cynthia @CynthiaH214665 , I have a feeling IT for Helloworld, Merkle & AARP have NO idea why the Rewards Site is down. Maybe when they RETURN from being off from the WEEKEND, they will respond to your post. All we have gotten so far is thank you for our patience.  🙄  Take care, Nicole!

I think the problem is that the cute dog on the Undergoing Maintenance screen is the one trying to fix it.  Actually, I think we have a better chance of getting it resolved if the dog does it. Maybe he even works weekends when normal people still want access!  Oh, and to answer it should be fixed by Monday morning......It isn't!

I just checked in to see, thinking it is Monday, maybe things are ok....

If they (whoever they are) have posted any idea of when things will be better, I have not seen the announcement.

My thought is, the site got hacked. It is possible they don't have the talent to fix it. At the school I worked at they had a class called ethical hacking to teach students to hack. The career field they were to go in was security. To test a companies site safety they would try to hack it. As a side note. They also taught them to pick locks. That they did and broke many in the school. It was a astronomical financial burden to the school to get the security locks fixed.
