AARP Mail opt out.

AARP, please opt me out of all physical mail subscriptions, including the magazine. Since there's no easy way to opt out online and I can't call customer service right now, I'm putting this request here.

I calle them.  They told me to call Optum RX.  When I called them, it went blank. They gave me a bunch of phone numbers: 1-800-344-3232 and 1-800-356-3477. They referred me to the fraud department who said they couldn't help.  The chat just says offline.

The chat remains offline with the icon below, and when i call they tell me I have been selected for a special offer or something like that.

Hi DanJ427447. Please be sure you are dialing 1-888 and not 1-800 when calling our toll-free number. The 1-800 number is not an AARP number and will give you a message about special offers. Please call our number 1-888-687-2277. We are open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. โ€” 8 p.m. ET. Our chat hours are the same, if you're seeing the chat offline during our open hours you may try opening the website through a different internet browser. I hope that helps. - Brandon C.
