AARP Game Issue

I play Holiday Mahjongg Dimensions daily, the past 2 days when the score is being totaled up an advertisement pops in quickly and cuts the game off so no score can be totaled. What's up with that? Never had an issue with this before. I know the advertisement pays but come on let the game finish before it's played!

This also happening consistently in Mahjongg Candy and has only been doing it for the past 2 days. I have been playing this game on my Chrome browser for a few years and have never had this problem before. Strange things are happening ever since you (AARP) started playing around with the programs.

For the last three days, I have had the same problem on Mahjongg Candy! The moment I finish the game, instead of seeing the screen with my score, it immediately goes to a commercial. So I have no way of knowing what my score was... It's extremely frustrating since I love this game.

I can also now play all the games I usually play. I guess it was not really the vast number of browsers that was causing the trouble. Glad that everything is more or less back to where it was. Thank you.

@chappy208  I'm sorry that's happening! I know they can be annoying but, these ads may be populating from your browser, which AARP has no direct control. Let me know if there's anything else I can help with!  Jodee R.

I can totally understand how frustrating this can be, @JoL706724. Were you able to close the ad and continue with your game? - Diana G.

No these are the new AARP ADS educating members of "moving to the shore" do and don't, money scams, and not all processed foods are bad. Please look at your ads! They don't come up while other AARP games are player, so it's not the browser. I play to keep my mental skills in check thats one reason I joined AARP and if you can't fix this issue I'm not renewing. It's easy to say it's a persons browser just investigate the issue.

It doesn't happen with any other game, so it's not the browser.

It's happening on Holiday Dimensions- can't be the browser because it's never happened before, just the past week or two - and it doesn't happen with any other game. Please look into it from your end.

How about the long ads during the play on bubble shooter 30 seconds is one thing, but I'm now seeing one minute, 1 1/2 minutes, there was another longer then those and you can't even skip these ads.

@SherylS503029 Thank you for reaching out, Sheryl. AARP Games were experiencing technical issues which may have caused some video ads to repeat. The issues have now been resolved. We're always here to help if you need anything.  - Janelle M.
