AARP Customer Service

What is up with AARP?  They used to have great customer service, but now they treat you like a thief.  We all know the games don't always work as they are supposed to & don't give us the promised points.  Customer Service used to manually give us points.  Now, they're saying the points are a "bonus" & basically, tough if you don't get them.  Wrong.  I've invested time & I want the points.  I use those points to either buy things or for sweepstakes.  So, I do feel like I'm the one from whom something is being stolen.  I've really had it.  Will NOT be renewing my subscription.  Not worth the hassle.

Hi @ToniC615904
Did you happen to use your points on the mistaken gift cards that were the wrong ones recently when those happened, by any chance?

Sounds like the points came back to those people, that I’ve read at any rate, but they lost 1 of the 3 allowed redemptions for points per month that are allowed… due to this mistake.
