A Privacy Issue

When attempting to enroll in your upcoming event "AI All Around" on Thursday December 19th, I was dismayed to discover that unless I consent to the possible publication of my name and image as an attendee, I was not permitted to sign up.  This is unfair, as attendees should not be forced to have our personal information publicized.  Can this policy be corrected in time for the event?  Thank you for any assistance you may render.

I understand your concerns about the policy @LindaJ389636. This agreement is required for all our events. This is generally for in person events that we may record or take pictures during the events that we post to our website or Facebook pages. The AI All Around event is a virtual event. I'll certainly pass along your concerns about the agreement. At this time the agreement can't be removed from the event registration. I apologize for the inconvenience. I do hope you attend the event!
