Try using a different search engine. DuckDuckGo did the 404 for me. Google worked.

I don't care what they say it's not cookies . Something isn't quite right and the tech that is supposed to work on site is probably going by their own pc . Mines doin same and my pc isn't 2 years old and up to date.

I too am sick and tired of constantly getting this error even after cleaning out cookies and cache.  Other web sites don't have this bad behavior.

I am so disappointed that I subscribed to AARP.  I just spend 2 hours trying to figure out why i can't login, yes I deleted my cookie, and i have been in the IT industry for over 30 years, so I know it's not that.  I also reset my password 4 times.  What a scam

I too am sick and tired of this bad behaving website.  I don't have to constantly clear out cookies and cache for any other website I use.  This is ridiculous and frustrating.

@sharynls  I totally understand how frustrating! This is caused by your browser. Please log out of your .org account. Close and then restart your Browser and then log back into .org. When you log out + close the browser + restart the browser, then log back in, it helps clear stale cookies/session/local storage on your browser. Let me know if there's anything else I can help with!  Jodee R.

Happening on different browsers, clearing cache/cookies doesn't help. Links in AARP emails open but my account links, membership site, etc. all don't because of 400 Bad Request. Also, if link requires me to log in the Captcha moving letters don't work. Been going on for a month or so. PLEASE FIX!

I thought I paid for AARP for 5 years. However, I misplaced my card. Never a response on the 800 number. So today I received notice that I can submit a VOID check for automatic renewal and luckily the notice included my AARP number and my expiration date: 4/30/2029. So YES!! I did pay for five years. However, keep getting BAD REQUEST when I try to enter my membership number.

Clearly all of us cannot have faulty computers. This is beginning to look like so type of scam.

Not a scam. Maybe the story with CAPS is more of a scam, right? Why do users here use CAPS like they do. I often wonder that.
