"Unable to process your redemption request"

"Unable to process your redemption request”

I receive error message above when I try to redeem Rewards Points. ALL attempts to redeem rewards fail. AARP support escalated this issue on 5-4-26 and I have still not been contacted or had the issue resolved.

I am having the same problem here! I can't even do a sweepstakes offer.
