Unable to process your redemption request

AARP Rewards are a scam.  For over a year, I get “! Unable to process redemption request” every time trying to use any of them.  Help is non-existant!  Tried to report this scam on AARP’s “Scam Report” page, but it won’t enter.  Go figure, right?!!
