No Points Today for Anything

Scores are still not correct, points are not being added. Why so many problems the past few months when there were never these problems before? It's very frustrating for those of us old folks who play every day--and pay every year!

Today I got points for the Daily Crossword, Mini Crossword and Song Theme.

 

Still not getting points for Code Word!

 

Please fix this. It's gone on WAY to long!

Hollywood slots 

I was signed in and received no points. I had almost 50,000 points.

@MooDee , call AARP on Monday & they will make sure you receive your "missing" points. They may also appreciate you reporting this glitch. They are off on the weekends. Good luck, Nicole.

I'm able to play games, but no points are given, my previous days are not counted, and my scores are not saved correctly. Seriously? You don't already know this? The pop-up on the games says "Sorry, no points this time.We are currently experiencing technical difficulties in processing your request. Please retry in a few minutes. Thank you for your patience."

 

And you don't seem to know it????

I'd like to know if EVERYONE is not getting reward points. It's been  at least two weeks. I can't even see my transaction history without RE-logging in but I can't log in if they don't show the moving letters!!!! UGH!

I recommend that you clear your browser, log out and then log in again.  Please let us know if that works for you.  I am looking into any other issues on my end as well but overall we are only seeing what a few are reporting here.  Are you using a mobile phone?

I'm curious to know: the game is over, you've gotten no points. You've been marked as having played that day. How do you "retry in a few minutes"?

I think they shut down for a week end to upgrade or whatever. Anyway it hasn't been right since. You would think they would take the advice that older people give, "IF it ain't broke don't fix it."

Papaw @papawofboo and notice they keep ADDING NEW GAMES while "ignoring" the complaints about the "old" ones. Lol, then they "delete" the "old" ones when they get tired of the COMPLAINTS POSTED ON THIS SITE.  🤣😂  Take care, Nicole  👵

 It seems to me that they are so busy creating nagging banners that show up often that just takes up space in an already crowded screen, and then add that to the not adding any points, crossword in my case, that they forget that the games are supposed to be for relaxation. Now if they could only find the time to respond to those who take the time to post in the comments.
