Gin Rummy is a two-player card game where players form sets and runs to score points.
Reach 100 points by creating melds and minimizing deadwood. Bonuses are awarded for going gin and undercutting.
Click “rules” on the right side of the screen.
Deadwood refers to cards that aren’t part of a meld. Lower deadwood means a better chance to win.
Yes. You can play against computer opponents or invite friends to private tables. You can also play against human opponents you don’t know.
A meld is a set of three or more cards of the same rank or a run of consecutive cards in the same suit.
Going gin means you have no deadwood and can end the round for a bonus.
Undercutting occurs when your opponent knocks and you have less deadwood, earning you a bonus.
Points are awarded for melds, knocking, going gin, and undercutting. Deadwood is subtracted from your score.
Yes, but only if you drew it from the discard pile.
No, rounds are played until one player reaches the target score.
Update, my video driver is good, still having same issues. Honestly, I do enjoy the game, but it's frustrating when everything freezes up, often no cards show. Also, until crash issues, it's peaceful playing against the bot - when I play against real people, they are often rude - telling me to "hurry up", "play faster", "zzzz", etc - all when I'm within my turn timeframe even while sometimes dealing with freeze issues. I guess this game isn't for me. Hope everyone else has a better experience. Happy New Year ~

Anyone telling you to hurry up is a (fill in the blank). In fact, I’d take even longer after that. Sorry it’s been crashing on you. Usually updating a video driver on a computer helps. Unless the computer is old in itself. Did you contact Arkadium, the company that runs these games? At the bottom of the game page, I believe there’s a help link for them. Could be something on their end they can help with
