Daily. Crossword - Losing game history

How can I keep from losing my daily crossword game history?  Completed game history will be saved for a week, two, or more, it varies. Then one day “poof”, all history disappears and it looks like I didn’t complete any of the crosswords at all. Anyone else experiencing tthe same?

Yes I am.  Started a few days ago.   I tried everything uninstall and reinstall app.  Log out and log in. Even call Apple Ang download layers iPhone software. In addition to that it won’t save your settings either.   And AARP has no idea how to fix it.  Arcadian either.

It sounds like you’ve tried everything I have …and more. Keeping my fingers crossed but rather resigned to having my sense of accomplishment dashed every day. Haha. Thanks for your feedback.

HAppened to me today. I had to clear cookies to fix a problem on a work-related webpage and when I logged back in to AARP all puzzle history and most of the related rewards were gone. GRRR!
