Easier to just have an antenna on the roof, & plenty of ad supported content. My Public Library gives me credits @ Kanopy.
It all adds up.
@Tempest332 , now we are NOT "allowed" antennas in ALOT of communities = those were the GOOD OLD DAYS ๐
@Winter2024 Actually, that is a grey area, you may look up the OTARD law on the books with the FCC. My HOA eventually banned them from rooftops as uniform roofs are maintained by our HOA fees, & the antenna compromises the roof.
Yet it's fine to allow the cable company, to run cable all over the outside of your house. Once these communities allowed cable into the area, they brainwashed the public that free Television no longer existed.
I have my antenna in the attic, not as good as the roof, but works.
Lol @Tempest332 , I must say you know how to work around your HOA!!! ๐๐คฃ
@Winter2024 If I really was successful at that, I would have the antenna back on the roof. ๐ I expressed my disgust to them. Many don't even think of the attic as an option, but if you are close enough to the transmitters it works.
