fitness goals

From "https://www.aarp.org/rewards/about/" and

How to Earn Points
and
Earning with a Fitness Tracker
It says:
"Sync your fitness tracker, and we’ll reward you for hitting walking, running, swimming or biking milestones. There are different fitness goals to shoot for and earn on every day, week or month. "
So that I maximize my point total for given activity, what are these fitness goals? For example in my transaction history for "5 miles biked in a day" I got 100 points. So what are the point earnings for the different activities mentioned above so that I can tailor my activities to maximize my point total. Will the goals per activity be the same, or will the periodically change? In any case where can they be found?

@JoeR960920 You'll find this listed on the Earn page: https://www.aarp.org/rewards/earn/. Filter for "Fitness Trackers" and you'll see each activity, goal and point amount.

Sounds like you're on a great path to getting and staying fit!
