Hi - I cannot seem to earn, redeem or discover any rewards right now, despite a message saying that the site is now open. Anyone else experiencing this issue, too? 🤔

I'm logged in but am not seeing any messages saying the site is down. Clicking on my rewards points balance doesn't bring me to the page to redeem what I've earned - it brings me to the get started page to watch the video and then pay for an account.
