On the spin wheel, has anyone landed on ANYTHING other than the 10 entries. IDK…but it appears to little ole me that the wheel is programmed to land on that exact spot every time ??? Just another AARP Rewards Mystery.

I’ve been playing daily, but unfortunately haven’t won any extra entries which is just the 'luck of the spin'. With any sweepstakes it is a game of chance to win. Maybe one day I will win. Also, just a call out to say that this is not an AARP Rewards sweepstakes so you will not find this one in the Rewards catalog.

When I first found out about this and started playing, I was getting "Sorry play again tomorrow" 😕  But then I finally started getting entries. Got a few 20 entries, but mostly 10 entries.

Have won 2  - 'additional 100 entries' for the big Sweepstakes and then - got 3 emails:

Two of these -  From - "AARP & Merkle/HelloWorld Customer Care" 

                          Subject - Big News from AARP

and One of this  - Subject - AARP: You're a Winner

"Congratulations

You've won 100 sweepstakes entries! How exciting!

We will need to confirm your eligibility and if we need additional information to do so or to fulfill your prize, we will contact you at this email address.

If you are confirmed, you can expect to receive your prize within 8-10 weeks after the conclusion of the promotion. We appreciate your patience in the event it takes longer to fulfill your prize".

There was a link/ form -  for me to fill out my 'mail address' to confirm/ verify for a potential delivery  ???

For the most part most of us are getting the plus '10 and a few 20 entries' on the spin.

Maybe that cryptic text is due to while Federal Tax Law has changed reporting thresholds for the IRS-1099K, some states maintain much lower thresholds, like $600. 

BTW, when it works for me, which is most days, I haven't won anything but additional entries either. But did get a $10 IW Buffalo Wild Wings today. Looking forward to trying them. Fortunate there are several in my area.

But how are sweepstakes entries worth anything?  I can see doing this if you actually win something, but why would you need to do all of this just for an entry?

Hi Lucy @rednexsrus , I NO longer do the sweepstakes, just the "free option" for the INSTANT WIN giftcards I can use.
