Not Receiving Fitbit Points

Good morning,

 

Over the past four weeks, I've noticed that I don't always receive the points typically awarded on Saturdays for reaching 30 miles walked between Sunday - Saturday each week. The past 2 times that I reached that 30-mile goal, for weeks of 7/7 thru 7/13 and 6/23 thru 6/29, I was not rewarded any points. You will see from my records that both Saturdays of 7/13 and 6/29, I was awarded points for reaching 5K and 10K, which indicates that my Fitbit was certainly in sync with AARP.  

 

Please adjust and request the issue be addressed by your Tech Support team.
