No Fitbit Points awarded yesterday 11/7/2021

Although it's been working great (at least for me) since the last issue was resolved at the end of August, I did not receive points for yesterday's 5K steps nor did I get my usual Sunday points award for 30 weekly miles (which I did accomplish). Please assist. Thank you!

@LindaJoy53 Please follow the troubleshooting steps below for your device:

  1. Double-check that your device has Bluetooth on and open the Fitbit app.
  2. If it still didn't sync, restart your phone.
  3. Go to Fitbit Support for more help. You'll leave the AARP Help website and go to the Fitbit Support website. Fitbit's terms, conditions, and policies apply.

I was able to add the missing points for those two accomplishments. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything further!

Hi Janelle,

yes, I know the troubleshooting routine & not only did all that to confirm it was syncing to the Fitbit app, I logged out of AARP and back in again, but that made no difference either. Thank you for adding the points!
