I hope those will actually work. Could you please ask whoever is working at AARP Rewards to test all the videos as many are missing the point badges, others are just black rectangles, some just don't give points after completion...... Also the day starts now at 5 AM Central Time; is it on purpose or is it part of the general malaise at AARP Rewards?

I would appreciate, and many other members would too, if you could have your IT team actually check and correct all those problems. 

And no, I do not need a direct private message as the problem is site wide.

I would however appreciate receiving an answer to this post.
