I have had similar issues, probably with the same videos, but I never listed them, just moved on. 

What I did notice, is that if the video progress bar is red, despite the promise of points, those seem to not pay.

Same! No points when watching this video. Perhaps it 's the Unable to process your redemption status I'm currently dealing with. Funny it all started when I maxed out my points for the day.

@TarheelCoastie , instead of starting a new thread for every video that is not working for you [you added 10 new threads about this yesterday] = just add them to this thread. What is going to happen whenever an AARP Moderator decides to clock in = they will say you are ranting = AARP Jail (suspension or banned from using this site). No pressure to listen to me my friend but alot of us have been there. Not worth the stress & drama. AARP owns this site & run it to whatever guideline for the day is present. Be careful.
