I have had similar issues, probably with the same videos, but I never listed them, just moved on.

What I did notice, is that if the video progress bar is red, despite the promise of points, those seem to not pay.

Same! No points when watching this video. Perhaps it 's the Unable to process your redemption status I'm currently dealing with. Funny it all started when I maxed out my points for the day.
