Multiple earn points videos still not working

Multiple videos STILL not working correctly. Many are not the video they say they are once you click onto them, many of the issue videos have a Spanish translate box appear, many that show as not yet completed do not award points after completing and Still show as not yet completed. This has been going on now for Months!  Can't believe how time I have wasted weeding thru these ongoing issues videos......aarrgghh!

Since the AARP "Upgrade" the following videos don't work (reasons listed in parentheses)...

I understand it's frustrating when a video doesn't work correctly, rsbobcat. We do have Spanish videos on the website. Spanish-language videos are not included for AARP Rewards points. If a video comes up with Spanish subtitles you can scroll to the bottom of the video which will show a grey bar. On the right side click the white square and select "Ingles". That should resolve the subtitles' problem. You can contact us through our online chat option for assistance with the videos by clicking the chat bubble on the bottom right of the page. Hi, Brandon:

Thanks for your reply, but it doesn't really address the problem. What happens is that you click on a video and it comes up on a Spanish-language background webpage. When you play the video, you can see at the bottom that for some reason the bar at the bottom that shows your progress in playing the video shows red rather than the light blue you see in the other videos. Neither the video itself nor the subtitles are in Spanish -- that is not the problem. The problem is that you can complete the video, but you don't get points for it, despite that being the "promise" behind the video being listed as one that you can get points for. I believe that these videos - and there are 10-15 of them - were loaded incorrectly, which is something that can be corrected. Could you please point this out to the folks that are responsible for the Rewards webpages working correctly?

A smaller number of videos either don't load or the link sends you to a "Caregiving" page or something other than the video whose link you are clicking on. This has been a problem for quite a while. I myself have been searching for a way to point this out to AARP, and it has been difficult to find a route to do so. I hope I've found one now!

The spanish translate issue comes up at the top of the page not bottom. And as I said before even if you select english then complete the video they still do not award points. There are at least a dozen videos that have this or some other issue such as what it says the video you are selecting is then not the video that comes up - and when complete get no points and still then shows as not completed......

Private messages prior have not helped and the chat bot is a total waste of time.

Obviously Many members have reported the issues so no idea why AARP can't figure out what specific videos are the problem - would seem a minimally qualified tech person could easily figure that out.......test them all, use dummy account, etc. etc.......Jeesh.....
