Besides, the ongoing problems (repetitive Wild Fire video, etc.), is anyone having this experience: I absolutely know for sure that I have not already done some of the 'monthly' videos, yet they're checked marked as having been done? I thought that each month the monthly videos were set to not having been done - am I incorrect in this assumption? Are they really counted 30 days (?) from the last time you did them? Thanks for any help.
Well, two new developments: 1. Some videos play, but no points are rewarded: for example, "What to say when your teen self-harms' and 'Does your teen spend too much time online?' And, I tried to send a private message to someone and got the following messages: first was one that I honestly can't remember; the second was after I clicked Submit several times because it didn't appear that anything was happening and I got 'You have reached the limit for number of private messages that you can send for now. Please try again later.'; so, I waited for about an hour, retried and got '

You are wasting your breath I mean typing. They are not listening to you, me or anyone else and have no intention of fixing the problems with this program
because they do not have a clue on how to fix it.
