Fitness points not awarding

I have checked all items listed in the FAQs and everything is connected to my Apple health and AARP is allowed to view everything but still no points are awarding. I also have UHC app that is tracking my activity and that info is uploading just fine. Does the AARP app have an issue because I am also tracking with UHC? I think I should be able to use multiple apps for tracking and earning activity.

 I am having the same issue with my apple health. Both apple and aarp now think it's synced.  Followed your online instructions to no avail.  What's left to try?

 won't let me access private messages. says :You do not have sufficient privileges for this resource or its parent to perform this action."

@DebraZ950605, to enable your Private Messenger Settings (see link below): go to My Settings | Preferences | Private Messenger | check "Turn on private messages" | check "Receive email notifications for new private messages" | Save
