AARP Hearing Center
I have checked all items listed in the FAQs and everything is connected to my Apple health and AARP is allowed to view everything but still no points are awarding. I also have UHC app that is tracking my activity and that info is uploading just fine. Does the AARP app have an issue because I am also tracking with UHC? I think I should be able to use multiple apps for tracking and earning activity.
Even after maintenance Sept 2025, Health Connect shows synced, but AARP still not awarding points for steps and miles. I have uninstalled/reinstalled app, logged out/back in. Insynced/synced. Works correctly with my other apps that sync with Health Connect, though.
