FITBIT connection/points

Is there something still wrong with the website and the rewards being credited?? I havent seen my fitbit awards points for several days now. I disconnected it and reconnected it to my account and still nothing. This entire week has been a disaster trying to navigate and earn points via the website and app And now the Fitbit wont even connect.... really disappointing 😞

@KevinHoffmanEst I'm terribly sorry for the issues you are experiencing. We have been having intermittent errors with the Rewards program this past week that may be affecting your earn activity. We are working to get to the bottom of it so that the site is back up and running as soon as possible.
