Nothing is working I mean nothing. You can't earn points, you cannot get points for videos, or quiz. why is this happening every month? This is the worst it has ever been. Not fair to waste our time!

When I get the tile game for Instant Wins, there is always a noticeable lag in when the tiles change.  I usually end up seeing 3 in a row, then it says I didn't win, and then a few seconds later the tiles change to not 3 in a row. I expect the opposite happened for you, where the tiles didn't update to show the 3 in a row. If you get the email, just take the win 😀

No instant wins for me either this year, just keep getting the "sorry you didn't win" message. With the technical glitches and hardly any decent points-only gift cards offered, I don't spend too much time on this site anymore. Just do a few videos each day to earn enough points to play the IW and maybe get a decent GC (if I'm lucky enough to get one before it sells out).
