Why are most of the Caregiver Videos either nonexistent or malfunctioning?

Why also am I not surprised given the overall state of the AARP website!

Sounds like AARP is going the way of the Red Cross many years ago when the limousines and extravagant dinners and retreats (read, vacations) finally caught up with them. I don't think they have ever recovered and definitely not in hearts or minds of the public.
