Can't earn Staying Sharp points

Somebody there at AARP rewards -  Will you please look into the fact that you can't earn any points for the Staying Sharp videos today?  You can't do anything with Staying Sharp.  I have logged out and cleared cache and cookies and signed back in again and it still doesn't work.

@AARPConsumerCare:  Another day and still can't earn points for the Staying Sharp videos.  Please fix it.
