I have taken and been credited for video and 2 quizzes but no Amazon gc. I am showing 2 sets of extra credits, one set showing I have completed the task and the other showing 2 completed but have credited for 3, keeps telling me to complete the task which I have. 47 minutes on this.
Thank you for reaching out, @coolmaine. I can understand your concern. If after you finish the activity it doesn't show as completed, please refresh the page. It will also appear on your Transaction History.
The $5 Amazon gift card was a popular item and is currently out of stock. Thank you for participating in the AARP Rewards program. - Diana G.
Same problem for me on 2 different desktop browsers, a browser on my Android cellphone, and the AARP Now app. Refresh is not the solution since this problem is attached to my account regardless of how I access AARP Extra Credits. This has been a problem for several months but this month all 3 extra credits are affected instead of only 1 of the extra credits in the past.
I understand how frustrating that must be, tommankowski. Send us a private message with your name and mailing address, and we can check your AARP Rewards account to see why you're having trouble with the extra credit activities. Visit https://aarp.info/47hWcl7 for directions on how to enable private messages. Thanks for being part of AARP Rewards. - Brandon C.
I don't know if it is now working or if a found a way to redeem it. I went to "Redeem All Rewards. In the search box I put in Amazon. When it pulled up the one sold out and the one available for 27000 pts, I clicked on the available one and this time instead of saying I needed to start the lesson it allowed me to redeem.
Same for me. I have been trying since these first showed up, and it kept saying I needed to complete activities, even though I did them all. So I kept redoing the videos and quizzes, even though I had already done them. Then out of curiosity, I just tried to redeem the Amazon and it let me do it. Same for Barnes and Noble, which was screwed up for me just like the Amazon (said I needed to complete activities even though I already did them), but I was able to redeem it right after I got the Amazon.
Same here, The video is completed for AARP Rewards but shows incomplete for extra credit, When I rerun it, it of course says I have already done it but when I try to get the Amazon gift card, it tells me that I have not completed it! I don't understand why AARP cannot accomplish a small routine task that they could do before. Truly hopeless!
