11-13 Sorry, no points this time. We are currently experiencing technical difficulties in processing

Just got back in after 18 hours of 'Scheduled Maintenace ??/ blackout %&?@  😠'  and playing the first video to earn 300 pts = is a 'Sorry, no points this time. We are currently experiencing technical difficulties in processing your request.' 😫  Minutes later points credited, but still seeing the same 'point-less-ness' - but I persist. I'm a creature of habit; need to earn my 7.500.

 

Looks like a long night for us. 😩   

 

Hoping the repairs would work; oh, well, well. 😶

Update 11-14 -  Early a.m. hours and earning points - it's working!  😀   ( earned 7,500 and redeemed 6 sweeps/ 1 Instant Win from about 12:30 ish to 3 am ish and for the most part everything worked well  )

Update 11-14 ~ 12:45 pm ish  -  Rewards site is back up; until......the other shoe drops  🙄

Update: I'm in! 🎉 And, the 'maintenance' front page news is gone. Cool beans. 😉 

 

I'm seeing this again, this morning...

Still yet to do my dailies. They had better not gyp me again with not being able to do my sweepstakes entries. Any word from the admins here on this unexpected and unannounced maintenance? @AARPJanelleM ?

Tech support really screwed me big time with this maintenance. According to my Transaction History I do not have any activities for today 11/14/22 , no points earned, no redemptions, nothing and the last entry was 11/13/22, YET when I try to play the instant wins this morning it says “I have already played today”

Unable to get or spend.

 

Can't make sweepstakes entries, can't try daily deals.

 

I tried to get a local deal for going out tonight for dinner - paying full price now. ☹️

I actually stopped trying to earn ...& see if anyone else is having the same probs ...as at least 2 of 10 vids watched DID NOT EVENTUALLY ADD POINTS ....

THIS IS BS....an  ONGOING RECURRING KNOWN PROBLEM.... ON AND OFF ALL YEAR 😧....they keep saying its fixed 🙄...only to continue to break down again 😒  ...HIRE SOME COMPETENT TECHS NOW!

Update:  I tried a few more attempts to earn with either some of the same vids or quizzes... I was unable to get any points ☹️....so I can’t waste any more time!

 

  However .... I was able to enter 5 sweeps... after 20 frikin attempts!‼️😒
