Hormonal imbalance is influenced by exposure to environmental poisons. It's not just pesticides in foods. Fluoride in water and current wireless technology are well known endocrine disruptors which is dangerous for everyone, but especially for pregnant women.

Causes of Hormone Imbalance - Things that help

This imbalance is the cause of these hot flashes, sweats and mood swings.

It must be addressed, if you want to make this journey better.

Look for NATURAL ways to help, like Natural supplements with herbs and nutrients.

I have been using MEGAPAUSE ( I buy it on Amazon or ebay) to help my symptoms.

Look for a formulation that has herbs like Black Cohosh and Ashwagandah root, zinc and copper.

I avoid the pharmaceutical stuff...I only want a natural solution not harsh and toxic chemicals with side-effects.

When people talk about hormones, the first thing that generally comes to mind is women going through menopause. This is an association that is really negative and it’s quite sad as changes of the hormones can affect anyone at any stage of life, from the day you are born until you die.

The body is actually very sensitive. With only a tiny hormone that slightly strays off track or one that appears more often than intended, it can disrupt the complete function of your body. Although certain hormones found among women might fluctuate constantly and one should pay attention to these and the symptoms.girls-1583393_1280.jpg

What everyone should know about hormone imbalance

Look at the following that may be caused by hormone imbalance:

Depression and anxiety

Different imbalances of hormones can be the reason for depression and anxiety. These disorders can be due to insomnia that can also be a symptom of hormone imbalance. Common reasons for these conditions may be associated with endocrine problems. It can be because of the thyroid and growth hormones, as well as estrogen levels that are low.

Sudden changes in your weight

With sudden changes in your weight, either up or down, it may indicate that you have a hormone imbalance in your body. Thyroid hormone levels that are high, also known as hyperthyroidism, can be the reason for losing weight extremely. Although, due to a deficiency of the growth hormones and hypothyroidism, it may be a reason to gain unexplained weight. Additionally, it has been noted that increased cortisol and insulin intolerance production may cause you to have cravings. This can cause fat to stick around though you exercise excessively.

Problems with your digestive system

When you frequently experience indigestion problems, diarrhea, bloating, or vomiting, it can be a sign that your levels of cortisol are not balanced. These problems may usually be experienced during menopause due to low levels of estrogen. Estrogen and cortisone generally play against each other, therefore, one might be out of sync with one and can also suffer.

Acne problems

Once you have outgrown your teenage years but still suffer from deep acne cystic problems, it might be related to excessive production of testosterone. This hormone stimulates the production of oil which will clog up the pores. It’s a problem that can affect both women and men when their testosterone levels are too high.

Cold or heat sensitivities

Most of the time, women are mainly affected by hot flashes. This is common during menopause and is because of the production of cortisol that increases. Plus, it could also be the reason to experience sweating excessively. Anyone that has a hypothyroidism condition can experience an intolerance towards temperatures that is cold. They typically also find it difficult to warm up right throughout the day.

When you experience migraines

Because headaches are linked to the levels of estrogen in your body, it can be the reason for extreme pain and massive headaches. It is due to levels of estrogen that decline in your body. Migraines normally are an irritating and common symptom during menopause.village-1510797_1280.jpg

Fatigue that persists

When you constantly feel exhausted without any reason, it would be wise to test your pituitary or thyroid glands. Hypothyroidism might be the reason for feeling as if you just finish the marathon. The pituitary gland which is the size of a small pea inside the brain may be the reason that you feel weak and sleepy, and this is due to the production of hormone levels that is too low.
