Redeeming AARP Rewards

For the last month, I have not been able to redeem my AARP Reward points. I can earn them, but when I try to redeem them there is only a spinning circle that appears. I contacted AARP and they told me to use a different browser, but still does not work. I have cleared all my cookies, but again no results. I am about to cancel my membership because this was a major enjoyment for me.
