Maintenance scheduler not working

What happened ? I can't do this particular maintenance chore because it' doesn't work'-that's the message I got.

Sandee2,   There’s just not enough information in your question to understand the issue.  What operating system are you using and what chore are you trying to schedule? I don’t think I’ve ever seen a dialog box with an error message that said ‘it doesn’t work’ so it seems there needs to be some context missing.  If you can provide that, maybe I can assist further.   Thanks!
