I am in a similar position. I take care of my father and grandson. We have just moved to a new state, my son just found a job and my husband is still trying to get one. I have been watching my father and grandson mentally pass eachother and it kills me to lose my dad a tiny bit each day. Time by myself is found in moments behind the house. But rarely last more than 5 minutes. When you stand and breathe and try to keep yourself sane.
